1. Deputy Head Of Project (Code: HOP_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Carry out all project activities in accordance with the company’s mine plan / target and control all resources (human, equipment, budget and infrastructure) in the project to meet client production demands which will provide output to the company in the form of profit and growth.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering
  2. Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 15 years in mining operation
  3. Have POM certification, FINON
  4. Have excellent experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management,
  5. Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
  6. Able to work with deadline
  7. Have good communication & attention with detail

2. Head Of HSE Management System & Training (Code: HOS-HSE-MS_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Coordinating, directing the preparation, analysis / review and socialization of the HSE system, the implementation of all HSE training activities and the commissioning process so that they are in accordance with applicable policies, standards, procedures and regulations as well as all HSE control document activities in support of ensuring the safety and health of workers in the project in a predetermined budget limit.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering or other related majors.
  2. Have min work experience. 6 years in the same position (Bachelor degree)
  3. Have min work experience. 7 years in the same position (Diploma)
  4. Having excellence experience Mining Business Process, K3LH Management, HSE Procedure, HR Procedure and Regulation,
  5. Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring & Counselling, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Controls (HIRADC),
  6. Inspection & Observation, Incidents Investigation and Reporting, Traffic Management, SMKK, Occupational Health

3. HSE Trainer – Team Leader (Code:TRAINER HSE-TL_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Developing safety training activities including class training, training hours, and overall performance training in order to prepare workers to know, understand, comply and be trained in HSE procedures so that the risk of accidents and damage can be reduced.

Qualifications

Job Descriptions

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.

Qualifications

  1. Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.
  2. Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
  3. Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.
  4. Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
  5. Have TOT certificate is a must.
  6. Have good communication
5. Mine Operation Trainer (Code:TRAINER-MO_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Planning, compiling curricula and implementing training operation programs in projects covering aspects of mine operation and heavy equipment operation in accordance with the curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures & Analyze training needs, create an operator assessment and evaluation program in order to ensure that operator competencies are met according to the criteria required by the Company to support the achievement of production targets in the project.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred
  2. Having at least 5 years’ experience in the same position
  3. Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in mining industry
  4. Male, maximum 40 years
  5. Having excellence experience mine operation, equipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
  6. Have POP certification is preferred
  7. Have TOT certification is a must

6. Mine Analyst (Code: MA_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Analyze production data, operator performance and production equpment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs based on data input form data processing and effective coordination with project finance to provide daily, weekly and monthly explanations of mining operations to superiors and related users.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/ Geology
  2. Having experience in same position minimum 3 years

  4. Having excellence experience Operation Technique Method, Pit Service Management, Operation Management, Project Cost

7. Geologist (Code: GEOLOGIST_NAME)

Job Descriptions

Carry out data collection, analysis and monitoring of geological data in the project in order to ensure the fulfillment of mining standard procedures and quality target clients / customers to support the effectiveness of mining operations

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in mining geology
  2. Having experience in same position minimum 3 years
  3. Having excellence experience in geology mining procedure, road maintenance, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
